Cool Water Stables

   Having been born and raised in the great state of Florida, it allowed me the opportunity to experience a little of everything. I spent my time excelling in different disciplines both English and Western and working with many breeds including rehabbing off-track Thoroughbreds. I managed a thrity-five stall boarding, training and breeding facility. Welcoming all into our barn family.

   Six years ago, I moved here to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, VA. I now provide many of the same services still with the excellent quailty of care and attention to detail on a much smaller scale. I only take in a few horses for training at a time so that your horse gets the individual attention he/she needs.

   I also provide "special case" Great Dane rescue. I am NOT a non-profit, but I do take in Great Danes that need a forever home to become one of my "children" and live out their lives here on my farm taking over my house. When I say "special case", I mean that I will take in Great Danes that the current owner can no longer keep for whatever reason. I DO NOT put any of these dogs up for adoption. I take them in and give them a loving home where they can spend their days lying on the couch watching tv, in my bed or playing in the yard. If you know of someone that is looking for a home for their Great Dane, please don't hesitate to contact me. I do this so that these wonderful gentle giants do not end up in the over-crowded shelters and risk getting put to death.
