 CHECK US OUT!!!

WE ARE MAKING A SPLASH!!!!

 

We are heading to the Shenandoah County Fair Aug. 24th, 2008 to show at the 4-H & Open show. 

 

This will be my first show in six years. I am going to be showing "Chips Chocolate Kiss" aka "Daisy" in the Grooming/Showmanship class. This will be my first time showing Daisy, it will also be Daisy's first time back in the ring in three & a half years & it will be her very first Showmanship class.

 

From our sister farm, Penstock Farms, Kelli will be showing my mare "Zips Impresiv Cinemax" aka "Maxi" in the Grooming/Showmanship class as well. This is Maxi's first time in the ring in six years also & this will be Kelli's first time showing Maxi & Kelli's first time in an in-hand class.

We made our splash

 

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better morning. It started out pretty cool & of course warmed up, but is was still very nice. We didn't bring home any ribbons, but we had a blast & we are looking forward to the next show being held at the fairgrounds on September 27, 2008. Check back to see how we did this time out.

 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! 

 

I am so proud & congratulations is in order. We did great!!!! Again, the weather was beautiful!! It started out really cool & then warmed up, but is was still nice. We had a blast & we are looking forward to the next show being held at the fairgrounds on November 22, 2008.

 

Congratulations to Berkley Pearson & Waco on a wonderful first show. Berkley competed in three classes: Western Go As You Please, Western Go As You Please Sr. & Western Pleasure Sr. & brought home three ribbons; a 3rd, a 4th & a 3rd.      WAY TO GO BERKLEY!!!

 

 

Congratulations to Kelli Penstock & Zips Impresive Cinemax!!!! This was Kelli's second show & she & Maxi were great. They competed in Grooming & Showmanship to take 2nd place & Halter Mares 3 & Over to bring home a 3rd.

 

 

And lastly, Daisy & I. This is my second show with Daisy & we showed in two classes. Grooming & Showmanship where we placed first and Halter Mares 3 & Over where we also placed first. Then to top it off we brought home Grand Champion Halter Horse!!!

WAY TO GO!!!!! 

 

We did great!!!! This time the weather was not so beautiful!! It was really cold. When we pulled out of the driveway it was in the teens & the wind blew enough that even the arena ground was frozen solid. We did have fun while shaking & we are looking forward to next year as we are done for the winter.

 

Congratulations to Kelli Penstock & Zips Impresive Cinemax!!!! This was Kelli's third show!!! She & Maxi did great. They competed in Grooming & Showmanship to take 2nd place & Halter Mares 3 & Over to bring home a 1st. And to top that off they won Grand Champion Halter Horse!!

 

 

 

This is my third show with Daisy & we showed in Grooming & Showmanship where we placed 3rd and Halter Mares 3 & Over where we placed 2nd. Then to top it off we brought home Reserve Champion Halter Horse!!!

What an amazing day we had. Watch for us next year.
